In response to demand for high quality office space in Morris County, The Green at Florham Park will include Class A corporate office buildings ranging in size from 100,000 to 300,000 square feet for a total of 830,000 square feet of office space. The office buildings are located 'at the front door' of the project near the Renaissance ClubSport Hotel.

BASF has signed a long-term lease to occupy a new 325,000 square foot office building within The Green at Florham Park. Construction of the new facility will begin in July 2010 with completion and occupancy expected by mid 2012.
