The Green at Florham Park is a 268-acre master planned development located on the site of the former ExxonMobil Research Center on Park Avenue in Florham Park, NJ. The site is being developed by Rockefeller Group Development Corporation.
The commercial component of the master plan accommodates up to 830,000 square feet of Class A corporate office space currently planned in buildings ranging in size from 100,000 to 300,000 square feet and a full-service hotel with a sports club component. This 100-acre portion of the site will be situated at the front door of the project, accessible immediately upon entering the campus from the existing signalized entrance point off of Park Avenue.

a 325,000 office building to house BASF’s North American Headquarters. The building will be registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) with the goal of obtaining LEED Platinum certification, the highest LEED status a building can achieve. If this certification is achieved, the building will be the largest office building in New Jersey with this certification. |

a 27-acre site that is the home of the New York Jets Football Team's Headquarters and Atlantic Health Jets Training Center.
