RGDC developed a 240-acre warehousing/distribution park in Cranbury, New Jersey. The park is located in the heart of New Jersey's Turnpike,Exit 8A market, the premier east coast distribution location. The master plan for the park accommodates 3.5 million square feet of warehouse/distribution space in several buildings. RGDC has extended its “New Jersey Foreign Trade Zone” license from the International Trade Center to Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone/8A.
Construction on the first building, a 887,000 square foot facility for Pearson Education, was completed in September 2002 and was sold to Strategic Real Estate Advisors. Development of two buildings totaling 675,000 square feet for Crate & Barrel was completed April 2004. In 2005 RGDC completed construction of two buildings totaling 675,000 square feet and completed construction of 680,000 square feet speculative building in 2007. In 2008, construction was completed on a 275,000 square foot expansion for Crate & Barrel. |
