 The 924-acre International Trade Center (“ITC”), developed by RGDC, is one of New Jersey’s largest and most successful business parks consisting of office, hotel, retail, and distribution and manufacturing facilities. The New Jersey Foreign Trade Zone comprises 384 acres of the project, the ITC Office Park comprises another 300 acres with ITC Crossing accounting for the remaining 240 acres.
To date, approximately 4.0 million square feet of commercial space and 650,000 sf of retail space has been developed since construction started in 1983. The ITC tenant roster includes more than 25 multi-national and domestic companies such as FedEx, Givaudan, Sportcraft, and UPS. RGDC has been responsible for land assemblage, marketing, obtaining entitlements and construction of the infrastructure buildings. |
