Rockefeller Group Corporate Park is a 620,000-square-foot Class A office campus successfully developed by Rockefeller Group Development Corporation and master planned by Cooper Robertson. The Park is located on a 140-acre site in Florham Park, one of New Jersey's most desirable and prestigious corporate areas. Within the Park are, scores of stately trees, walking trails, ponds and abundant wildlife set against a backdrop of carefully nurtured, open green areas. AT&T Labs' world-class research facility anchors the park in a 400,000-square-foot office and research facility (Building 103 & 104). Construction on a 220,000-square-foot Class A office building (Building 105) was completed in June 2001. Novartis Pharmaceuticals has leased the majority of the building. |
